Seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to lead SSIS-based ETL migration from Salesforce Service Cloud to Health Cloud, ensuring data integrity, transformation, and validation in a healthcare-focused environment.
Responsibilities: -
- We are looking for a hands-on Data Developer to support the data migration and integration between a legacy Salesforce Service Cloud org and a new Salesforce Health Cloud org. The role involves building and testing ETL pipelines, performing data transformations, validating data quality, and resolving data-related issues using SSIS.
- Build, configure, and maintain data pipelines using SSIS for migrating data from the old Salesforce org to the new Health Cloud org.
- Implement data mapping, transformation logic, and business rules as defined by the Data Architect. Collaborate with Salesforce developers and analysts to understand the data model and field-level requirements.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) structured data from Salesforce and external systems. Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data processing and audits. Monitor and troubleshoot data jobs, ensure performance optimization and log generation.
- Support test data setup, mock data creation, and migration dry runs. Maintain clear documentation for ETL processes and data flow logic.
Mandatory skills
- Strong experience in migration from Salesforce Service Cloud to Salesforce Health cloud.
- Proficiency in writing SQL scripts, views, joins, and stored procedures.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce object model (standard and custom).
- Experience in data validation, profiling, and cleansing.
- Familiarity with data migration strategies in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare data (patients, providers, encounters) is a plus. Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
