Job Details

Job Title: IT Support Specialist Location: Murrysville, PA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support for our client's compliance monitoring products.
  • Configure software remotely to meet customer needs and offer post-support assistance.
  • Train users to maximize software utility and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex problems.
  • Assist with data uploads for patient remediation.
  • Communicate customer issues to management for resolution.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and troubleshooting software/hardware.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in IT or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product support or related fields.
