Job Details

Role: .Net Developer Remote
For this role of Sr. Tech Lead / Jr. Architect (Dot Net Full Stack) - Front-End Architecture experience and a background in the Accounting domain, including Audit Control and General Ledger (GL) Management, you should look for candidates who fit into the following key dimensions:

Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Technical Stack Full Stack .NET with Architecture Exposure

Backend:
Strong hands-on with .NET Core / .NET 6/7, C#, Web API, Entity Framework
Experience with Microservices Architecture
Knowledge of Dependency Injection, Asynchronous Programming, and Security Best Practices

Frontend (Architecture-Focused):
Expertise in Angular (v10+) or React
Knowledge of state management (e.g., NgRx/Redux), component libraries, and UI/UX best practices
Experience designing front-end architecture for scalability and modularity

DevOps & Cloud:
Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes is a big plus

2. Architectural Skills
Hands-on experience designing scalable full-stack applications
Ability to define component/module structure, data flow, and integration points
Solid understanding of API contracts, performance tuning, code versioning and design patterns

3. Accounting Domain Expertise
Experience working on platforms or modules involving:
Audit Trails / Audit Control
General Ledger (GL) management
Financial Reporting / Accounting Workflows
Familiarity with ERP systems or financial data models (Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Reconciliation, etc.)
Bonus if they've worked on SOX-compliant systems or similar regulatory environments

4. Soft Skills & Leadership
Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Jr. Architect on cross-functional teams
Ability to mentor developers, review code, define standards, and bridge between business and tech
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and stakeholder communication
