Job Details

Shift Information:
  • Two Shifts Available: Monday-Thursday, 1st shift: 5:30am - 3:30pm OR 3rd shift 4:00pm - 2:00am.
  • Pay range starts at $38+/hr!
  • 12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
  • Position is primarily responsible for providing frontline production support on the manufacturing floor within a clean-room environment.
  • Position will also be responsible for responding to scrap, yield, equipment, and quality escalations while driving improvements through hands-on investigation and troubleshooting.
  • Position will be in charge of collaborating with cross-functional teams, coaching operators, supporting ergonomic safety efforts, and promoting a strong operations environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering is required!
  • Hands-on production support or manufacturing/processing experience is required!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required!
  • Ability to work independently with proactive problem-solving skills is required!
  • Medical device experience is preferred!
  • Catheter, electromechanical, or similar industry experience is preferred!
