  • Bachelor s degree required.

  • 3 5 years experience in fast-paced, complex billing and payment environments (not seeking very senior candidates).

  • Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Subject matter expertise in Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, including foundational audit logic against travel-related policies.

  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting ERP systems.

  • Strong MS Excel proficiency, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

  • Experience in controls and risk management over billings & payments processes.

  • Good understanding of general accounting principles and internal controls related to Accounts Payable/Receivable.

  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba.

  • Previous experience as an Analyst or Sr. Analyst.

  • Exposure to process improvement and system enhancement projects.
