BI Analytics

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise with BI tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for BI and reporting solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.

  • Work with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.

  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency.

  • Collaborate with business units to identify KPIs and track performance.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.

  • Stay updated with emerging BI tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 6 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with data.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Python/R for data analysis.

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).

  • Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive analytics.

  • Background in business domains such as finance, sales, or marketing.

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • Master s degree preferred but not required.
