The Agile Champion is a servant-leader responsible for enabling two Digital Workplace Scrum teams to effectively deliver value through Agile practices. This role involves coaching the teams on Agile principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Agile Champion ensures alignment across both teams, supports collaboration with stakeholders, and promotes transparency, accountability, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for two Scrum teams.

  • Shield teams from external interruptions and help resolve blockers.

  • Guide teams in Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs and refine priorities.

  • Track team performance metrics and promote continuous delivery improvements.

  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communication.
