Bloomfield Hills, MI- Hybrid ( 4 days in office and 1 day remote )
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Communication & Engagement

• Facilitate clear, timely, and empathetic communication across teams
• Support performance management conversations, feedback processes, and employee relations matters

HR Operations & Support

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events
• Administer benefits programs, including healthcare, 401(k), and leave policies
• Coordinate immigration documentation and compliance (H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Oversee contract administration and maintain accurate HR documentation and workflows

Compliance & Policy Execution

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including EEOC, I-9, and related requirements
• Support HR audits, reporting, and documentation to maintain regulatory compliance

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
• Analyze and share insights on employee trends, engagement, and retention
• Support DEI initiatives and promote cultural alignment across global teams

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR systems
• Hands-on experience with immigration processes, onboarding, and contract management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, employee-centric approach
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage HR operations across geographies
• Preferred HR Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional HR certifications
