Key Responsibilities:
Employee Communication & Engagement
- Facilitate clear, timely, and empathetic communication across teams
- Support performance management conversations, feedback processes, and employee relations matters
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events
- Administer benefits programs, including healthcare, 401(k), and leave policies
- Coordinate immigration documentation and compliance (H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
- Oversee contract administration and maintain accurate HR documentation and workflows
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including EEOC, I-9, and related requirements
- Support HR audits, reporting, and documentation to maintain regulatory compliance
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Analyze and share insights on employee trends, engagement, and retention
- Support DEI initiatives and promote cultural alignment across global teams
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR systems
- Hands-on experience with immigration processes, onboarding, and contract management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, employee-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage HR operations across geographies
- Preferred HR Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional HR certifications
