Job Details
- Proven experience supporting UKG Pro
- Possess strong knowledge of HR, payroll processes, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and data validation for issue investigation. - Strong problem
-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills to interact with both business users and technical teams.
- Experience working on Scrum methodology. - Experience with Jira/Ticketing systems - Teamwork and good client management skills needed
- Can provide prompt responsiveness to incidents and service requests - Able to actively listen and be empathetic when handling user concerns
- Possess a troubleshooting mindset
Desired: - Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cognos / BI reports is a plus.
