Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior OT Network Systems Engineer to join our team. This position is designed for an individual with extensive experience in Operational Technology (OT) network environments, particularly in large water and wastewater facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing OT network systems, ensuring their optimal performance, and playing a pivotal role in the evaluation and acquisition of enterprise software and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• OT Network Systems Management:
  Oversee and manage OT network environments for large-scale water and wastewater facilities, ensuring the systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.

• Asset Management & Monitoring:
  Implement and manage OT network asset management systems, including network monitoring and diagnostics for large-scale systems. Ensure all assets are efficiently tracked and maintained.

• Vendor Evaluation & Acquisition:
  Evaluate responses from enterprise-scale software and services vendors. Facilitate the evaluation and demonstration processes for acquiring software and implementation services, ensuring alignment with project needs.

• Project Management:
  Lead the project management efforts for complex OT systems, including the gathering of requirements, setting timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of OT system projects.

• Documentation & Reporting:
  Document processes, project requirements, and system configurations. Provide detailed reports on network performance, system status, and project milestones.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in OT Network Environments:
  A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and implementing OT network systems, with a specific focus on large-scale water and wastewater facilities.

• Network Asset Management & Monitoring:
  Proven experience in implementing large-scale OT network asset management and monitoring systems.

• Vendor Management & Evaluation:
  At least 10 years of experience in evaluating vendor responses for enterprise software and services. Experience in leading vendor selection processes and facilitating demonstrations.

• Project Management:
  Strong background in requirements gathering, project management, and the implementation of complex OT systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Technical Expertise:
  In-depth knowledge of OT network management, asset tracking systems, and enterprise-scale software implementation services.

• Strong Communication Skills:
  Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical personnel.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in OT systems, project management (PMP, etc.), and vendor management are a plus.
