Job Details
Our client is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst to serve as Subject Matter Expert . The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ongoing maintenance and ensuring system health as well as continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years of hands on experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation and performance.
Additional module knowledge of Absence management, Benefits, and Oracle Recruiting is a plus.
This is a full time, onsite position and the client is giving preference to local candidates who are legally eligible to work in the US within ANY sponsorship.
