We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience leading cross-functional initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in data governance and IT. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, managing multiple workstreams, and driving strategic priorities across domains such as MDM, CPM, IDW/ODS, and Governance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing stakeholders, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Strong communication, documentation, and risk management skills are essential. Familiarity with pharmaceutical data tools and frameworks is a plus.

responsibilities:
- Define and document project scope, objectives, timelines, and desired outcomes.
- Prepare detailed project plans and manage cross-matrix teams to execute against them.
- Oversee daily project operations and monitor milestones, highlighting risks and maintaining a risk log.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations and communicate status updates regularly.
- Evaluate project performance and ensure proper project closure and documentation.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint for centralized communication and reporting.
- Build demand intake forms and streamline approval workflows.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and onboarding documentation.
- Lead weekly status meetings and prepare monthly newsletters for business leadership.
- Support the development of training documentation and strategic communication materials.
qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical data (e.g., IQVIA, Veeva Compass, Symphony) preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
