Role: Microsoft CE CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop business applications within the MS Dynamics 365 CE CRM landscape.
- Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality including Omnichannel, Unified Routing, and related modules.
- Customize and manage Dynamics 365 CE environments, ensuring scalability and optimal user experiences.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with ERP systems, payment gateways, and contact center technologies (Telephony, IVR, self-service portals, and mobile apps).
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver innovative solutions for state-level initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE CRM development and configuration.
- 3+ years configuring Customer Service, Omnichannel, and Unified Routing.
- Experience with high-volume contact centers and multi-channel integrations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Bachelor s degree in Business Management or Information Systems.
