Job Role: Applifecycle Systems Engineer - UCCE and UCM
Location: Research Triangle Park, NC / Austin, TX / San Jose, CA
Job Description:
Key Technical/Functional Requirements:
- Design and management of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Customer Voice Portal (CVP), IP/IVR, CTIOS, Finesse, CUIC.
- Experience with third-party tools: Appspace, eGain, Avaloq, Calabrio, Acqueon.
- Hands-on with VXML gateways, VVBs, and SIP proxy.
- Proficiency in Cisco voice applications: CUCM, Unity Connection Voicemail, Presence, Expressway MRA, RedSky.
- System administration for OS and application patching, upgrades, and backups in voice environments.
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework (Availability, Release, Change Management).
- Process improvement and automation expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCIE certification.
- Strong background in monitoring, event management, tuning, incident recovery, and Call Manager operations.
