We are seeking a highly experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of recruiting experience to join our growing team in United States (West Coast). The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing and hiring top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top-tier candidates in the Americas.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop strategic sourcing plans.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks, to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet both technical and cultural fit requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers to streamline the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong expertise in recruiting QA, DE, Enterprise skillsets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
