Oracle Fusion PLM Cloud Architect
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Description:
Our client, a top global technology manufacturer is looking for an Oracle Fusion PLM Cloud Architect with expertise in Oracle Fusion Suite of PLM products and Oracle Agile PLM. This role will play a critical role in supporting our IT strategies and engaging in the ongoing transformation of our business with our internal and external partners. Fostering strong relationships with strategic internal partners is essential for success. This is both a functional and a technical role requiring the ability to handle complex situations in a dynamic environment, as well as provide solid technical solutions as part of a transformation and modernization effort.
Responsibilities
Lead/drive Oracle Fusion PLM Cloud Modules (with focus on Innovation Management, Product Development/Data Hub, Oracle Project Cloud) functional design, technical design, development and global rollouts
Provide operational/technical system solutions using Agile PLM. The candidate should have a broad understanding of supply chain and PLM's requirements in terms of new design, configuration and implementation and/or extending of existing applications.
Perform architect / system analyst role on Oracle PLM Cloud participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilization.
Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Dev/QA environments during development/SIT/UAT/Prod deployment phases to verify the end-to-end solution
Analyses existing configurations, programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flow charting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs
Produce Functional/Technical Specification and requirements analysis related work
Involved in configuring the systems in accordance requirements / technical specifications
Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical development and make recommendations for improvement
Lead / coordinate / involved in Cutover exercise in PLM IT Projects / Enhancements
Lead as Project Manager Role in smaller PLM IT Projects
Involved in training users by creating Training Guide Material in smaller projects
Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of major systems defects and bugs
Prioritize, scope, and negotiate time and effort requirements for project and enhancement demand pipeline while facilitating estimation of business benefits
Providing support to production issues - ensure service quality levels are maintained
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems/Business Information Systems Engineering or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
Semiconductor industry experience preferred.
Technical skills:
Knowledge of software development life cycles namely Waterfall, Spiral and Agile
Minimum of 5 - 7 years working experience in Oracle PLM Cloud (Item and BOM, Documents, Project Portfolio Management in semiconductor industries)
Must have knowledge of PIM Architecture, Business Rules
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Understanding of BOM management (including Variants/ Options), document management and change control areas of PLM system
Experience with the configuration and/or customization of Cloud Product Development Module (PD/PDH) and Oracle Innovation Management (IM)
Experience in defining Item assignment/validation rules, Page Customizations
Experience in analyze requirements and setup Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports in Oracle Cloud
Proficient in defining and documenting technical requirements, Configuration Specifications
Experience with the migration of legacy data into Oracle Cloud using FBDI templates
Experience in the integration of Oracle PLM Cloud with external data sources such as ERP using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
Experience with the development of test plans and test cases, functional testing, issue resolution and user acceptance testing
Prior working experience in Oracle Agile PLM (Product Collaboration and PPM) is preferred
Knowledge in Oracle Project Cloud / EPM is an added advantage
Working experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
Must have been involved in at least 1 full cycle PLM project implementation in a project delivery role
Soft skills (Competencies):
Familiarity with semiconductor product lifecycle management and business models preferred
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of ERP from both functional and implementation perspectives
Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication (oral and written) skills including problem solving, prioritizing and interpersonal relationship building
Effectively interacts with business and technical audiences, tailoring the communication to multiple levels of audiences to achieve desired results
Ability to work effectively as a team member, across operation and project teams, and independently
Proven track record in working directly with clients to define technology solutions that enable their business objectives
Provide limited Coaching and mentoring to inexperienced staffs
Ability to demonstrate potential in leading technical discussions during analysis, design and troubleshooting issues
Possesses can-do attitude
