Overview:
We are seeking a proficient Dynamics 365 Lead to drive the deployment, customization, and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, particularly in the Customer Engagement (CE) module. This role entails leading the implementation and continual enhancement of the CRM system to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, Dataverse, and adeptness in translating business requirements into technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of D365 solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all CRM development-related issues, concerns, and needs.
Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and C#.
Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues within Dynamics 365; document solutions and collaborate with system administrators and IT resources for implementation.
Manage entity ownership and properties; implement workflows, dialogs, custom actions, and business process flows.
Adhere to best practices in implementing business solutions and define/refine governance for platform usage.
Develop and disseminate documentation on platform usage, requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis.
Act as a liaison between IT and business units, facilitating issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
Contribute to process and policy improvements within the Business Enablement Services program.
Preferred: Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a D365 Technical Lead.
8+ years of experience in creating and managing solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically in Customer Service.
8+ years of experience in customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) in D365.
Proficiency in custom development using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
3+ years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
3+ years of experience using standard & premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate.
Desired Skills:

3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services.
2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments.
5+ years of experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using SSIS Packages.
