AI Advisor
Introduction:
As an AI Advisor, you will be responsible for developing effective and high-quality program solutions that meet business requirements. You will serve as a strategic and hands-on consultant to clients and prospects, guiding them through the adoption and implementation of AI-led solutions. This role demands deep expertise and understanding in Data Science, ML Algorithms, GenAI technologies, Emerging AI-led Data Platforms, no-code platforms, agentic frameworks, and enterprise AI stacks. You will also apply your domain understanding to pre-build business solutions that address specific business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients proactively to understand business challenges and identify AI-led opportunities.
- Innovate and present tailored AI strategies and AI-led point solutions.
- Translate business needs into AI solution architectures and actionable roadmaps for clients.
- Architect and design Data Science solutions applying principles of both discriminative AI through ML modeling and Generative / Agentic AI.
- Build rapid prototypes using no-code/low-code platforms and UI tools.
- Proactively build innovative AI-led point solutions/utilities for common/emerging business problems or opportunities.
- Draft and deliver proposals and presentations for AI-led solutions.
- Lead the delivery of Data Science project outcomes by collaborating with other team members.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Programming Skills – Experience in statistical programming languages like R, Python, and database query languages like SQL.
- Strong foundation in data science and predictive modeling, including experience with classical ML techniques.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI implementation and adoptions for business use cases.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native AI platforms and data-engineering/data-science workflows.
- Experience in verticals such as retail, healthcare is a plus.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model building, validation, and deployment.
- Experience in applying statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation.
- Pre-Sales experience in anchoring and authoring proposal responses for Data Science and AI requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- AI Governance & Ethics: Ability to advise on responsible AI practices and compliance.
- Performance Metrics: Experience in defining and tracking KPIs for AI implementations.
- Change Management: Skills in driving adoption and managing transformation programs.
- Training & Enablement: Ability to mentor internal teams and conduct client workshops.
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools - Ability to create compelling visualizations using leading reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in computer science engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.
- 15+ years of IT experience, which includes considerable experience in Data Science problem-solving and application development.
- Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm.
- Able to communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations.
- Able to consult, write, and present persuasively.
- Able to work in a self-organized and cross-functional team.
- Able to iterate based on new information, peer reviews, and feedback.
- Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones.
