Job Summary:

  • Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Delivery Manager III to join their esteemed organization. This role is pivotal in transforming ambiguous business requirements into clearly defined opportunities, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, business objectives, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping strategic initiatives and driving innovation within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Transform unclear business needs into well-defined opportunities with a focus on customer, business, and regulatory aspects.
  • Develop comprehensive "Discovery Packets" to aid IT estimation and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create ROI models and translate backlogs into strategic themes.
  • Lead customer research activities, including interviews, usability tests, and prototype feedback.
  • Align with domain managers to understand journey impacts and define MVP boundaries.
  • Ensure all discovery artifacts are aligned before transitioning to estimation or execution.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years in Discovery, UX Research, Product Strategy, and Service Design.
  • Proficiency in blueprinting, journey mapping, and early-stage prototyping.
  • Ability to convert user needs and insights into business value.
  • Strong skills in synthesis, facilitation, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in large, complex, and regulated enterprises is preferred.
