Location: Maplewood, MN-100% Remote
Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Consultant with a strong background in HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting (experience in Talent is a plus!) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our human capital management processes, compensation systems, and Recruiting processes while driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused approach to deliver innovative solutions.

Skills:    

  • Workday HCM Management: Lead the enhancements, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Workday Compensation Management: Develop and manage compensation plans, providing strategic guidance and support for salary reviews, bonuses, and other compensation-related activities.
  • Workday Recruiting Management: Oversee Workday Recruiting configuration and enhancements, partnering with Talent Acquisition to optimize candidate, requisition, and hiring processes while ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Workday Talent Management: Configuration and ongoing support of Workday Talent Management modules, including performance, goals, and succession planning, to enable effective talent development and workforce planning.

Education:         

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management.
  • Proven experience in compensation management, including the design and administration of compensation plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
