Description
We are seeking a Seni0r Network Security Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and evolution of our enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure. This is a high-impact role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision to secure our hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You'll be the go-to expert for network security operations, guiding architecture decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring our systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for network security operations.
Architect and implement secure network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud CoE) to ensure secure solution design.
Define and monitor KPIs for network security performance and incident response.
Lead and document incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain and evolve network security policies, procedures, and runbooks.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical network support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in enterprise network engineering and cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
Experience with zero trust architecture and network segmentation is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
