Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time System Engineer to work in our Marathon, WI corporate office or in a hybrid environment. The selected candidate will have a high level of experience installing, configuring, harden, patching, maintaining, and troubleshooting, both physical and virtual workstations and servers.  Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: · Active Directory experience, including adding/removing computers from the domain, user account administration · Group Policy creation administration and troubleshooting · Server Virtualization experience, especially with VMWare VSphere/ESXi, including installation and configuration, snapshots and backup management · Server/Workstation backup and imaging experience · Windows Server/Desktop Operating system installation and configuration, including locating and installing correct drivers · Citrix Xen Desktop experience with application provisioning, desktop delivery, and access gateway configuration and support · Must have a proven record implementing and maintaining stringent security concepts  · Good understanding of networking concepts, packet switching, routing, VLANS, etc, is a plus  

Qualifications:


· Bachelor's Degree is desired · A minimum of five (5) years practical technical Windows system administration experience · Participation in the development, implementation, and adherence to Technical Services documentation, system standards, policies and procedures · Experience with Windows Workstation and Server Operating Systems Security Compliance · Knowledgeable of hardware and software troubleshooting methods · The ability to work independently, as well as working within a team · Mentor and be mentored by the team · Limited travel is required (less than 10%)
· Willing to be on call (rotation) and work limited weekends · Good oral and written communication skills
