Job Details

Requirements
Gather business requirements for end-to-end RMA / returns processes across Sales Order, Shipping, Billing and Credit.
Configure SAP SD (document types, item categories, copy control) for returns and reverse-logistics scenarios.
Design and own EDI integrations (IDoc output/input, X12/EDIFACT mapping) for sales, shipment, and credit transactions.
Coordinate with CPI middleware team on IDoc EDI mappings, functional specs and error-handling rules.
Create test scripts, run integration & UAT cycles, and secure sign-off from business owners.
Write detailed FS for ABAP enhancements, IDoc extensions and custom reports.
Drive cut-over and hyper-care; monitor performance of automated RMA flows post-go-live.
Must have 10+ yrs SAP SD, strong OTC returns exposure, hands-on EDI configuration, and proven large-scale rollout experience.
