This is a Long-term Contract position that requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure the seamless execution of event deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans for keynote presentations, executive summits, and global events, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
Coordinate the intake and routing of video content, customer stories, presentation decks, translations, and briefing documents.
Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams and stakeholders to manage edits, approvals, and final content delivery.
Facilitate weekly status meetings and track progress across various workstreams, including speaker preparation, video production, design, and legal reviews.
Partner with production leads to ensure that scripts, slides, and click-throughs are accurate and aligned with event requirements.
Prepare and distribute briefing materials and logistics packets for executives and customers to guarantee readiness for live events.
Collaborate with global teams to localize content, ensuring alignment across time zones and regional priorities.
Maintain dashboards to track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address blockers.
Provide onsite event support, managing last-minute adjustments, asset delivery, and speaker coordination.
Ensure all content assets are consistently formatted and meet quality standards before final submission.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within marketing, creative production, or events.
Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple time zones and diverse cultural teams.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accountability.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey updates and requirements.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines in high-visibility situations.
Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
Experience supporting live or virtual events is a significant advantage.
Bonus if you have expertise in executive communications, customer marketing, or video production.
