Role Overview
The Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution delivery for Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role demands strong functional expertise, thought leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers while ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SCM solutions.
Experience: 15+ years in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain track, preferably as a Solution Architect.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of all SCM modules and manufacturing processes.
Client Handling: Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
Cloud Process: Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business process reviews, solution walkthroughs, and configuration reviews.
- Manage integration reviews, security, reporting, and CRP sessions.
- Lead product demos, UAT, and Oracle ERP Cloud implementation for SCM track.
- Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop permanent fixes/configurations.
- Performed at least 2 Implementations of Oracle Cloud
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Functional Expertise
- Expertise in Oracle SCM applications:
- Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portals, Sourcing, Contracts.
- Knowledge of Inventory, Order Management, Pricing, Manufacturing, Materials Management
- Ability to lead fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, CRPs, functional configuration, testing, and client training.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and integration capabilities.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and ERP architecture
- Communication
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, value-driven solutions.
