Job Title: Software Support Engineer
Job Location: Holmdel, New Jersey

About Company: This is a full-time opening with our direct client
Note: Client is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas
Schedule- Candidate must be able to go to office up to 5 days per week and be flexible to work some early and later hours as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
7+ Years of professional experience
Experience providing software support. Prefer experience with complex, high-performance multi-threaded applications.
Provide post-sale technical support; product installation, deployment and implementation support by working directly with customers- partners and end users
Diagnose software, hardware, functional and performance issues
Work with QA and development resources to prioritize, debug and deliver fixes to end customer
Basic administrative experience with Linux environments
Experience with backup software/technology or security is a plus
Familiarity with server hardware; networking is a plus
