ServiceNow Architect specializing in CMDB, ITOM, and Service Mapping

100% Remote

Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with a strong background in ITSM, ITOM design, ITOM deployment, and Service Mapping.
Platform Expertise: In-depth hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), CMDB/CSDM, and ITAM.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in-Service Graph Connectors, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID server troubleshooting.
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and Certified Implementation Specialist (CMDB, CSDM, or ITOM) preferred.
Conceptual Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL, enterprise architecture principles, and core infrastructure components including networks, operating systems, and cloud environments.
