Infrastructure Architect (with cloud/telecom focus)

• Location: Dallas, TX || Middletown, NJ || Atlanta, GA


• Duration: 12 Months Contract + Extension


• Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Development Managers (PDMs) to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications.


• Design and document the end-to-end system architecture, ensuring alignment with overall product vision.


• Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms for optimal performance, scalability, and security.


• Develop prototypes and proof of concepts (PoCs) to validate design feasibility and surface potential technical challenges early.


• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on technical support to development teams throughout the build process.


• Oversee system integration with existing enterprise platforms; define and execute integration test plans.


• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design decisions, and best practices.


• Monitor post-launch performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of experience in software development or system architecture, including at least 3 years in a dedicated Solution Architect capacity.


• Strong proficiency in system design, API integration, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), and microservices-based architecture.


• Expertise in scalability, performance optimization, and security-by-design principles.


• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
