Job Details
Title: Business Analysis Associate
Location: Cleveland, OH (Remote)
Duration: 06 months with possible extension
Must Have Skills:
- Attention to Detail and Analytical / investigative mindset
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Problem-solving ability
- Microsoft Outlook
Function of the Group:
- Support group, combination of mitigates risk, generate revenue, and reduces costs
Industry background:
- Open to all backgrounds, but banking/financial is a plus (1-2 years).
Team Dynamic:
- Production team
- Handful of individual
- Support the entire bank
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manager is looking for an early career, recent grad individual
- Comfortable with viewing and reviewing huge amounts of data.
- Not an admin role
- The individual will contribute to support of incentive marketing offers
- Monitor incoming requests from Branches and Care Centers, then research and resolve
- Create and maintain Excel reports
- Schedule and lead meetings
- Import files to an application and verify results
- Process data and validate results
- Perform research to address payment disputes / communicate results
- Analyze data to identify trends
