RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Experience Analyst in Houston, TX.
Summary:
Are you passionate about enhancing product experiences and transforming data into actionable insights? We invite you to apply for the Product Experience Analyst position! In this unique role, you will play an integral part in optimizing the way customers interact with our customizable products across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to improve product configuration and shopping experiences
* Work with the proprietary system to build and customize product offerings, ensuring a seamless and shoppable customer journey
* Interpret complex product documentation (e.g., 50-page PDFs) and translate requirements into shoppable, customer-friendly options
* Develop, maintain, and optimize product configuration rules to prevent unfeasible product selections
* Edit and manage promotions for five different e-commerce sites with unique promo cycles, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms
* Utilize the promotion engine to execute promotions and ensure all promotional campaigns function correctly in the backend promo engine
* Handle data entry tasks related to product setup, template completion, and promo management
* Troubleshoot and resolve tickets submitted through the call center, often liaising with manufacturers to address product or configuration issues
* Consider downstream impacts of promotional and product changes, including effects on marketing and other website components
* Support ongoing maintenance of product listings and promotional templates
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in e-commerce, especially with custom window treatments or similar configurable products
* CMS background
* Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems (training provided during the first three months)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when working with complex product documentation and data entry
* Excel - Pivots and formulas
* Comfortable working with backend systems and filling out templates to support promotional and product updates
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in resolving issues that arise between customers, products, and manufacturers
* Critical thinking
* Go getter
* Organized
* Experience managing and executing promotions across multiple e-commerce platforms is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
