About the Role:
We re looking for a Marketing Operations Contractor to support two core functions within SAP Marketing:

  • Opal (80%) Lead daily operations, user onboarding, training, and platform support for SAP s content planning platform. You ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth functionality and adoption across global teams.

  • Get Social (20%) Provide light operational and campaign support for SAP s employee advocacy program, helping to manage content, support campaigns, and assist with platform coordination.

You will report to a manager responsible for both programs, working independently on execution while being supported on strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities:

Opal Operations (80%)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Opal-related support and inquiries.

  • Onboard new users, conduct discovery calls, and create demo boards to showcase platform capabilities.

  • Manage and update training resources, including Opal University and SharePoint documentation.

  • Host regular office hours and coordinate monthly meetings to promote knowledge sharing and engagement.

  • Handle governance, intake requests, platform configuration, and maintain a living Opal playbook.

  • Manage licenses, access requests, and ensure usage compliance.

Get Social Support (20%)

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as uploading content and tracking production timelines.

  • Support internal community engagement and act as a backup for program operations when needed.


What We re Looking For:

  • 2 5 years of experience in operations, project/program management, or marketing technology support roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting and engaging cross-functionally.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Opal, Sprinklr, Khoros, Wrike, or similar platforms (employee advocacy tools like EveryoneSocial are a plus).

  • Creative problem-solver with an eye for process improvement and user experience.

  • Ability to create training materials and executive-level presentations.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Opal, Wrike, Sprinklr, or Khoros.

  • Background in large, global, or matrixed organizations.

  • Marketing or content planning experience is a plus but not required.
