This is a marketing operations role sitting inside global marketing org. The core focus is campaign execution, workflow optimization, marketing automation processes, and demand-generation support.
The person is essentially the operational backbone that ensures integrated marketing campaigns (email, web, data flows, segments, landing pages, etc.) are built correctly, launched smoothly, and measured accurately.
The role is NOT content creation or strategy; it is hands-on execution + process + MarTech operations.
Job Description:
The Campaign Operations Analyst/Sr. Analyst is responsible for defining, documenting, and optimizing key workflows needed to launch integrated campaigns at scale. This individual will work with Global Demand Programs teams, Field Marketers, Web Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive demand generation and improve campaign productivity. The ideal candidate is an expert in problem solving but also has a business-oriented vision and is able to understand how operational roles solve everyday business needs. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Campaign Operations.
Responsibilities
Partner with marketers to design campaign plans and tactical strategies that ensure all build components of the campaign are aligned across impacted systems and teams
Create and maintain templates that improve campaign efficiency and accuracy, including emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and reports
Document, challenge, and refine MAP and IPC processes, programs and procedures
Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the MAP, IPC and related applications, Ability to troubleshoot data and campaign related issues.
Enforce a best in class marketing database through the normalization and upload of contact data into the MAP and CDP
Educate marketing resources on how to achieve marketing objectives leveraging MarTech stack while upholding internal standards, industry best practices, and DocuSign's commitment to global trust
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive email and web design
Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and campaign lifecycle
3+ years of relevant marketing experience
Familiarity with campaign execution and management with an enterprise level email service provider
Experience with campaign execution using Iterable
Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
Experience with Event technology such as Swoogo, Brightcove, and Zoom
Experience with building audiences through a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Experience with dashboard reporting through technology such as Qlik, Tableau, Mixpanel
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Demonstrated project management expertise, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a passion for metrics driven marketing
