Job Location: Pleasanton, CA or Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that meet enterprise-level scalability, security, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Design scalable data models, security architectures, and declarative automation using Flows and Process Builder.
  • Develop and optimize Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API-based integrations.
  • Lead integration strategies using MuleSoft, external APIs, OAuth, and event-driven frameworks.
  • Define and enforce best practices around CI/CD, DevOps, and release management.
  • Oversee data migration, data governance, and compliance with privacy/security standards.
  • Conduct architecture workshops, translate complex requirements, and produce detailed solution designs and documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership, ensure architectural consistency, and guide developers, admins, and cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate and leverage AppExchange solutions where appropriate.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 15+ years of software development experience, including 10+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and multi-cloud solutions.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce security model, data modeling, and declarative automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and AppExchange.
  • Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership abilities.
