Enterprise customer base 5+ years Advanced troubleshooting Candidates must be able to work independently. Windows Server Virtualization/Platforms Customer Engineer Role Description:

This opportunity has a focus on Azure Local primarily with a secondary focus on Hyper-V

Broad knowledge of Microsoft products with an understanding (defined below) of the following:

  • Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management. 8+ years experience with customer facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base, and advanced troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Microsoft s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy. Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises and cloud environments. Familiar with Microsoft enterprise software product offerings.
  • Characteristics of importance include but are not limited to customer service, problem solving, communication skills, and the ability to read/interpret the needs/wants of customer executives and leaders. Candidates must be able to work independently and within a team setting. Excellent demonstrated customer service & presentation skills.
  • BA/BS (or higher) in Information Technology or equivalent experience. Microsoft certifications in Windows and Azure are desired.
