Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys and Five9 Data Ecosystem Consultant with deep expertise in IVR Routing and Contact Center Analytics, particularly in the context of CCaaS migration initiatives. This is an onsite role in Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
Deep knowledge of Genesys platforms including InfoMart, UCS, GAAP, SpeechMiner, WFM, Routing
Expertise with the Five9 data ecosystem and contact center reporting
Define and implement data strategy for historical and real-time data migration to the cloud
Develop mappings between legacy Genesys models and cloud-based equivalents
Collaborate with data architects to ensure regulatory compliance and reporting continuity
Provide architectural recommendations to minimize downstream system impact during CCaaS transition
Identify and implement AI/ML use cases (intent detection, predictive routing, virtual assistants, etc.)
Collaborate with internal AI/ML teams and external vendors for solution design
Participate in vendor evaluation and selection for CCaaS and AI tools
Conduct interviews with business stakeholders to assess contact center and downstream application needs
This is a strategic technical role for someone with deep understanding of Contact Center Data, Analytics, and Cloud Migration.
