Description
We are looking for an HRIS Business Analyst to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts, where you will play a key role in enhancing employee experiences through innovative technology solutions. Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements to support HR systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve system functionalities.
Serve as a liaison between HR and technical teams, facilitating communication and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Utilize Workday and ADP Payroll systems to manage HR data and streamline operations.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and leadership teams.
Monitor data flows to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Support the Total Rewards program by analyzing and implementing compensation and benefits data.
Provide training and mentorship to stakeholders, fostering understanding of HRIS tools and processes.
Participate in creating a positive educational environment by engaging with students as a mentor and advocate.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead initiatives to implement improvements.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within HRIS systems.
Proficiency in Workday and ADP Payroll systems.
Strong understanding of Total Rewards concepts, including compensation and benefits.
Proven ability to write detailed business requirement documents and reports.
Experience with data flow analysis and ensuring data integrity.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
