Key Responsibilities: Firewall Management:Design, implement, and maintain firewall policies and rules for Palo Alto and Juniper firewalls.Configure and manage Ivanti SSL VPN Gateway to ensure secure remote access.Implement and manage Cisco ACI for network segmentation and micro-segmentation. Security Operations:Monitor firewall logs and security events to identify and mitigate potential threats.Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. Network Administration:Utilize strong networking skills to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.Implement and maintain network segmentation strategies.Collaborate with the team to ensure network infrastructure aligns with security best practices. Linux Server Management:Execute and manage Linux server commands for system administration and security.Ensure the security and performance of Linux-based servers within the network. Documentation and Reporting:Document configurations, procedures, and processes.Prepare and present reports on security posture, incidents, and improvements. Team Collaboration:Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of security measures.Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Required Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in firewall administration and network security.Extensive experience with Palo Alto and Juniper firewalls.Proven experience with Ivanti SSL VPN Gateway.Strong experience with Cisco ACI and micro-segmentation.Solid understanding of Linux server commands and administration. Needed Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume workloads.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Associate (PCCSA), Juniper Certified Internet Specialist (JCIS), or equivalent are highly desirable.
