Apptio Developer

Description
Maintain self-sufficiency in managing projects and tasks related to Apptio platform development
Responsible for producing design and building other artifacts associated with the Apptio platform
Conduct thorough testing on the codes and validate the post-deployment functionality of the codes developed
Efficiently manage a ticket queue of feature requests and support (Q&A) requests
Directly interact and communicate with the client, ensuring they are updated on project progress and any issues that may arise

Qualifications
Candidate must have 3-5 years of hands-on coding experience with Apptio. Exposure to BI Reporting like powerBI or similar is preferable
3-5 years of API/Interface integration coding experience and UX coding experience are required. However, these are not the primary focus of the role
Proven experience with configuration and code management related to Apptio
Excellent communication skills required for ongoing client interactions
Candidate must be experienced with Apptio operational activities such as user onboarding, user queries, incident resolution, etc. Knowledge of Jira, sprint based agile methodologies, and ServiceNow for ticket management is a significant plus
