Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a contract with a client in King of Prussia, PA. The role involves provisioning cloud infrastructure using ARM templates or Terraform and managing CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and release processes.

Rate Range: $45/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager templates or Terraform.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implement configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet for environment consistency.
• Monitor application performance and proactively resolve issues across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure security compliance and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and infrastructure provisioning using Azure Resource Manager or Terraform.
• Proven ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and implement configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $56.00 per hour
