Senior Appian Developer

6 Months contract Later CTH

Location: Onsite in McLean , VA/ Plano, TX Monday to Friday

Must Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Appian development (should have worked on latest versions).
• 5+ years using latest deployment methodologies (Automated pipelines, Atlassian tools).
• 2 years of core Java.
• 3+ years experience integrating Appian with Active Directory, Ping and other platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with creating APIs and consuming data exposed on APIs, XML and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Ability to review, design and understand the standards of Databases (db2, Sybase, Postgres SQL, and MS SQL). Strong working knowledge on Infrastructure components, network, security models, EKS and Appian cloud. Angular, Java scripts and Ansible experience preferred.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise-level Appian based BPM applications.
• Translate business process software requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions.
• Deliver projects in Agile
• Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies such as DB2, Sybase, Ping, Active Directory, AWS and other internal systems in the enterprise.
• Develop and use library of reusable Appian components that can be leveraged in the enterprise.
• Participate in the day-to-day activities of the Appian BPM and Java based plug-ins development.
• Support planning activities, such as impact assessments, level of effort analysis and developer task assignments.
• Conduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architecture.
