  • Apply and contribute to Quill's design system to ensure consistency across digital experiences while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Support UX testing and validation by developing design assets for A/B tests, multivariate tests, and user testing scenarios.
  • Partner with product managers and front-end developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Advocate for visual consistency, brand alignment, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design best practices.
  • Stay current with ecommerce design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and competitive insights.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

What you Bring to the Table:
  • Creating amazing user experiences.
  • An eye for clean and compelling designs, feel comfortable translating high-level requirement and interaction flows into clean, intuitive, and on-brand user interfaces.
  • Applying your UX design skills to multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on creative problem solving, tackling complex user experience problems and execution of design solutions.

What's needed- Basic/Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years proficiency with Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • In-depth understanding of responsive design and related fluid design approaches.
  • A creative portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to web-based & mobile design, and digital marketing campaigns.
