Job Title: Salesforce Architect/Manager

Location: Dallas, TX (ONSITE)

Job Description:

Our Medical Device client in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Manager to provide functional and technical leadership to their Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, capable of driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions across various business functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical leadership to the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team.

  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements.

  • Architect and oversee the integration of Salesforce with external systems, including APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and data platforms (Snowflake).

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Non-Profit Cloud, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

  • Champion the adoption of Salesforce Einstein AI, Agent Force, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making strategies.

  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage delivery.

  • Mentor and guide Salesforce development team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year technical degree (Computer Science or equivalent).

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect certification.

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and delivery.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and external data platforms (Snowflake, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Non-Profit Cloud, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

  • Prior experience implementing Salesforce Einstein AI, Agent Force, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
