About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-phase Oracle NetSuite Full-Suite Implementation in partnership with our System Integrator, Protiviti. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing NetSuite projects, strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, and proven success in driving ERP implementations from planning through deployment.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Project Manager overseeing the Oracle NetSuite implementation alongside Protiviti.
  • Manage all project phases: Prepare, Design, Build, Validation, and Deployment.
  • Drive the planning and execution of a Full-Suite NetSuite Implementation including multiple modules:
    • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
    • Oracle Fusion (relevant NetSuite integrations)
    • Demand Planning & Inventory Management
    • Field Capture solutions
    • Sandbox Environment setup & management
    • NetLeaves and Net Asset modules for NetSuite
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders, Protiviti consultants, and Oracle teams to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation.
  • Provide status reporting, governance updates, and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Champion best practices for ERP implementation and change management within the business.



Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading Oracle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong background in ERP project lifecycle management (planning through deployment).
  • Hands-on experience with multiple NetSuite modules (EPM, Demand Planning, Inventory, Fusion, Field Capture, Sandbox, NetLeaves, Net Asset).
  • Proven ability to manage system integrator engagements (Protiviti experience is a strong plus).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
