Overview:

We are seeking a skilled PowerShell Developer to assist with extracting data from Exchange and Exchange Online using PowerShell (On-Premises), Exchange Web Services (EWS), and Microsoft Graph. The ideal candidate will develop and automate data export and automation scripts, ensuring seamless integration in a hybrid Exchange environment as we transition mailboxes from on-premises to Exchange Online.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for data extraction from Exchange and Exchange Online.
  • Utilize Exchange Web Services (EWS) and Microsoft Graph API for efficient data retrieval and management.
  • Generate flat files for the Integration team or execute PowerShell scripts from Azure Data Factory (ADF) to ingest data into SQL tables.
  • Provide operational support post go-live and troubleshoot any script-related issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Messaging team to ensure smooth workflow integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and data extraction.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online), including Exchange Web Services (EWS) and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Experience working in a hybrid Exchange environment (on-premises to cloud migration).
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and integrating PowerShell outputs with SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
