Job Summary:
The Project Manager Business Process Improvement (BPI) will play a key role in driving efficiency, process optimization across multiple business functions. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness through the implementation and improvement of enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and other business platforms. This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, systems implementation experience, and process improvement methodology. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages multiple priorities, and collaborates with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure successful delivery of business transformation initiatives.
Mostly remote but most reside in Texas
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent business process improvement and system implementation projects from initiation through completion.
- Partner with functional and technical teams to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable, efficient workflows.
- Manage system implementations and/or enhancements for ERP, HRIS, and/or CRM systems like NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, or other business systems.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee testing, user training, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Track project performance and provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting best practices and promoting a culture of process excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in Project Management with a focus on Business Process Improvement or System Implementation.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise system projects (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce) experience with multiple systems preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze, map, and redesign business processes across Finance, HR, and/or Sales Operations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
