Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Oracle application implementations and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to Life Sciences (GxP/CSV/Part 11).
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and SMEs to define test requirements and traceability.
- Manage end-to-end test lifecycle test design, test data setup, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Dev, Functional, Business Analysts) to drive quality deliverables.
- Conduct UAT planning, coordination, and support.
- Define test metrics, dashboards, and provide regular status reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in Oracle Application QA, with 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
- Deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or EBS modules like Finance, SCM, or HCM.
- Strong understanding of GxP/CSV and FDA validation methodologies.
- Familiar with automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Tosca, OATS), though validation is largely manual.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Tools/Methodologies (If Not Using OpKey):
- Test Management: HP ALM, Jira/Xray, Zephyr
- Automation (where applicable): Selenium, Tosca, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS)
- Validation: GAMP5 methodology, 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance
- Defect Tracking: Jira, Bugzilla
