Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain operational components in public clouds, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform as well as private cloud
- Create tools and processes that enhance operational workflows
- Work closely with operational teams to improve workflows around cloud infrastructure
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and trending operational tools in the cloud
- Respond to alerts; troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Be proactive in recognizing and handling uptime and performance challenges
- Perform automating using infrastructure as a code
- Automate self-provisioning of resources and services for cloud and on-premise
- Configure and deploy containerized micro-service components
- Troubleshoot the system and provide root cause analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field of study
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
- Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with the following: AWS; Linux; Python; Github Actions; and REST, SOAP, and GraphQL
