Role: Enterprise Architect 3 Cloud / Enterprise Applications
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) | Contract | Ref: 529501372
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect 3 to design and deliver large-scale enterprise and cloud solutions. This senior role will translate business and non-functional requirements into technical architectures, guide technology selection, and develop roadmaps for cloud and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design enterprise-level cloud and hybrid architectures (Azure preferred).
- Translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions for HHSC.
- Conduct risk assessments, remediation planning, and cost/financial modeling.
- Evaluate vendor products and recommend technology direction.
- Prepare solution designs, Statements of Work, and architectural documentation.
- Act as a trusted advisor/SME for technical services and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years Enterprise Architecture for Cloud-Based Systems
- 8+ years Java or .NET Enterprise Applications
- (Preferred) 5+ years Azure cloud experience
