Join our team as a Sr. IT Project Lead and drive data transformation projects, ensuring smooth integration from legacy systems to SAP while working closely with diverse stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and design data transformation strategies.
- Document data conversion processes, including requirements and mapping rules.
- Work alongside technical teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Identify and resolve data defects by partnering with business and SAP functional teams.
- Support data validation and loading throughout testing and production phases.
- Share best practices and provide guidance within the project team.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in the data conversion life cycle, especially with SAP systems.
- Strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in basic querying and data validation using SQL and Excel.
- Excellent analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
- Experience in data cleansing and leading data quality initiatives.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the Client Polaris (SAP deployment) program.
- Knowledge of Materials Management, Production Execution, and Costing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to enhance collaboration.
