Position Title: Supervisor, Powertrain Production

Location: Brook Park, MI.



** Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.**





Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.


• Bachelors Degree.


• 1 to 2 years experience supervising production line.


• 1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience.


• Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Position Description:

• Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements.


• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.


• Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership.


• Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
